These terms describe using GeniusTasker, subscriptions when offered, and how to contact us.

GeniusTasker lets you organize projects, tasks and sprints, share documents and knowledge, connect knowledge in Graph and customize dashboards. The playful presentation is optional.
Access is currently limited to admitted accounts. Installation or an invitation does not guarantee access to every feature. Availability depends on your plan, permissions, platform and version. Features described as in preparation are not part of an available offer.
Use accurate information, protect your sign-in methods and access only accounts and content you are authorized to use. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement; otherwise, your legal representative’s agreement is required. When acting for an organization, you must have its authorization. Report suspected unauthorized access to us.
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us to host, process and transmit it as needed to provide the service and the sharing you choose. Respect other people’s rights. Roles and permissions limit collaborator and agent access; revocation prevents further authorized access but cannot recall a copy already exported by its recipient.
AI coach responses may be inaccurate. Check results and proposed actions. A CLI/MCP connection authorizes your chosen tools within your consent and account permissions. You can revoke that connection. Subscriptions and charges for those external tools remain separate from the app.
Before each purchase, checkout or the store shows the plan, price, currency, period, applicable taxes and any trial conditions. Those details govern the purchase. When a seven-day trial is offered, eligibility and the first billing date are confirmed there. The trial may convert to a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel under the displayed conditions.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed period unless cancelled. Manage or cancel through the original purchase channel, using the app’s subscription settings, the web portal or the relevant store. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation stops renewal and retains access until the end of the period already granted. Uninstalling the app or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription.
Viewing these pages does not make a purchase. Complimentary tester access is not a billed subscription. In-app quotas apply to resources, agents and the coach; do not circumvent them through multiple accounts or connections.
Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable, including the right of withdrawal where it applies to a distance contract. Using the service alone does not waive those rights. To request withdrawal or a refund, contact us or use the procedure of the purchase channel on your receipt. Identify the product, account and purchase date without sending payment card details.
We may fix, improve or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security. Do not use it for unlawful content, intrusion, spam or bypassing access controls. We may limit or suspend access for abuse or legal requirements, with notice where possible. Mandatory legal warranties and remedies are not excluded.
You can stop using the service. To obtain a copy of your data or request account deletion, contact us below; account tools can also be used when available. We verify your identity and other members’ rights before handling a request involving shared spaces. Legal retention duties remain applicable.
Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or legally competent courts. Material changes to these terms are communicated in the service or through an appropriate channel before taking effect, subject to legal or security emergencies.
